jiph's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines. Where data is processed or stored outside the Philippines (for example, through cloud service providers with data centers in other jurisdictions), jiph ensures that such transfers comply with the Data Privacy Act, including by entering into appropriate data processing agreements that impose equivalent data protection obligations on the recipient.

jiph reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, jiph's data practices, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law.
