jiph Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "jiph," "we," "us," "our" refers to the legal entity operating the jiph online gaming platform at jiph.one, licensed by PAGCOR.
• "Platform" means the jiph website (jiph.one), mobile-optimized web application, and any related services offered by jiph.
• "Player," "you," "your" means any individual who has registered for and holds a jiph account, or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the jiph Platform.
• "Wallet" means the PHP-denominated balance held within a Player's jiph Account, representing deposited funds and winnings net of withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-play amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited by jiph to a Player's Account.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency that licenses and regulates the jiph Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer procedures, including identity verification and document submission required by jiph and applicable Philippine law.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the jiph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a resident of the Philippines or otherwise permitted by applicable law to access online gaming services;
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
4. You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of jiph or any of its affiliated companies or game providers;
5. You are not a PAGCOR official or employee, or an employee of any casino operator licensed by PAGCOR, where applicable restrictions apply;
6. You are not currently self-excluded from jiph or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform; and
7. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jiph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money games on the jiph Platform, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and not misleading.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active jiph Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts is strictly prohibited. jiph may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently close all Accounts associated with the same individual and forfeit any balances held therein if multiple Accounts are detected.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiph Account credentials, including your password and any OTP (one-time password) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jiph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify jiph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 KYC Verification

jiph is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to provide government-issued photo identification and any other documentation requested by jiph as part of the KYC process. jiph may restrict withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your jiph Wallet must be made through the payment methods available on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jiph does not accept cash deposits or deposits made on behalf of another person. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except where this is not technically possible, in which case jiph may use an alternative method at its discretion. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests may be subject to processing times of up to 24 hours, though GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating conditions. jiph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Limits

jiph may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits on individual Accounts. These limits may reflect PAGCOR regulatory requirements, internal risk controls, or a Player's self-imposed responsible gaming limits. jiph reserves the right to modify transaction limits without prior notice where required by regulatory obligation.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jiph is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA) and its Implementing Rules. jiph may decline, delay, or reverse any transaction it suspects to be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. jiph is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as mandated by law. Players must not use jiph for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment gaming.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jiph may offer various promotional bonuses to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. The following general conditions apply to all jiph promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in each individual promotion's terms;
• jiph may at any time withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion with or without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim promotions multiple times or exploiting technical errors, will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings;
• jiph reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion;
• In the event of any discrepancy between a promotion's advertised summary and its full terms, the full terms shall prevail.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jiph Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm you have read and understood the applicable rules. The following general gameplay terms apply across all jiph games:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless the game provider's rules expressly permit it;
• jiph's system records are the authoritative record of all game outcomes, bets placed, and transactions processed. In the event of a dispute, jiph's server logs shall prevail over any screenshots or other player-side records;
• If a technical malfunction occurs that results in an incorrect game outcome, jiph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund stakes;
• Progressive jackpot and maximum win limits apply to certain games as specified in those games' terms. Wins exceeding stated limits will be paid at the stated maximum.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiph Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances at jiph's sole discretion:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit games, or circumvent security measures;
• Collusion with other players or jiph employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or mathematical vulnerabilities in games to generate profits not arising from normal gameplay;
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your identity, location, or circumvent access restrictions;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or proceeds of crime;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threats, or abusive conduct toward jiph staff or other players;
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point in your jiph relationship;
• Any conduct that jiph, in its sole reasonable judgment, deems to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

8. Responsible Gaming

jiph is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its Platform. We provide the following player protection tools, accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jiph Wallet;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a given time period;
• Session Time Limits: Set automatic reminders or session end points to manage your playing time;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the jiph Platform. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. Requests cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

jiph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement under PAGCOR regulations. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds will be returned to their source after statutory verification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiph Platform — including the jiph brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data — is the intellectual property of jiph or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jiph content without express written permission from jiph. Your license to access the jiph Platform is personal, non-transferable, and limited to lawful personal gaming use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your jiph Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jiph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Any interruption of service, technical failures, or delays in processing caused by third-party payment providers, internet infrastructure, or force majeure events;
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security;
• Any decisions or actions taken by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits jiph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by jiph's negligence.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

jiph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or for any other reason jiph deems appropriate in its sole discretion. Upon termination of an Account, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. jiph will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of a legitimate Account suspension or termination.

12. Privacy

jiph's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the jiph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jiph Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. jiph complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all implementing rules issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jiph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulations. The courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not resolved through the foregoing process.

14. Amendments

jiph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR regulatory directive or Philippine law. Your continued use of the jiph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact jiph to close your Account.
