This Agreement governs your access to and use of the jiph platform, including all games, services, promotions, and financial transactions. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

jiph is strictly for players aged 21 and above, as mandated by PAGCOR. Age verification is required before withdrawals are processed. Underage accounts are permanently closed.
Each individual may hold only one jiph account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of balances. Use your real identity when registering.
All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals on jiph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are the accepted payment channels.
All bonus funds credited to a jiph account are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
jiph operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All disputes are governed by Philippine law and subject to PAGCOR's regulatory authority.
jiph provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools to all players. Using these tools is your right. Abusing the platform to circumvent them is a breach of these Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the jiph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:
jiph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or termination.
To access real-money games on the jiph Platform, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and not misleading.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active jiph Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts is strictly prohibited. jiph may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently close all Accounts associated with the same individual and forfeit any balances held therein if multiple Accounts are detected.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiph Account credentials, including your password and any OTP (one-time password) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jiph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify jiph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
jiph is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all Players. You agree to provide government-issued photo identification and any other documentation requested by jiph as part of the KYC process. jiph may restrict withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.
All deposits to your jiph Wallet must be made through the payment methods available on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jiph does not accept cash deposits or deposits made on behalf of another person. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except where this is not technically possible, in which case jiph may use an alternative method at its discretion. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests may be subject to processing times of up to 24 hours, though GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating conditions. jiph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
jiph may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits on individual Accounts. These limits may reflect PAGCOR regulatory requirements, internal risk controls, or a Player's self-imposed responsible gaming limits. jiph reserves the right to modify transaction limits without prior notice where required by regulatory obligation.
jiph is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA) and its Implementing Rules. jiph may decline, delay, or reverse any transaction it suspects to be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. jiph is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as mandated by law. Players must not use jiph for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment gaming.

jiph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement under PAGCOR regulations. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds will be returned to their source after statutory verification.
All content on the jiph Platform — including the jiph brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data — is the intellectual property of jiph or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jiph content without express written permission from jiph. Your license to access the jiph Platform is personal, non-transferable, and limited to lawful personal gaming use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your jiph Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jiph shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits jiph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by jiph's negligence.
jiph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or for any other reason jiph deems appropriate in its sole discretion. Upon termination of an Account, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. jiph will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of a legitimate Account suspension or termination.
jiph's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the jiph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jiph Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. jiph complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all implementing rules issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jiph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulations. The courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not resolved through the foregoing process.
jiph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR regulatory directive or Philippine law. Your continued use of the jiph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact jiph to close your Account.
